Ordering & MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
+
Our MOQ is 1 set for all standard catalog products. This allows trade buyers to trial fitment and quality before committing to bulk quantities. For custom or private-label orders, MOQ varies by project complexity — typically 5–20 sets for tooled items.
Do you offer wholesale / tiered pricing?
+
Yes. We operate on a volume-tiered B2B pricing model. Price breaks are available at 5 sets, 20 sets, and 50 sets per SKU. Contact us with your target chassis code and estimated monthly volume and we will send a custom price sheet within 24 hours.
How do I place my first order?
+
Step 1: Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your vehicle model and chassis code.
Step 2: We confirm fitment and send you a B2B price quote.
Step 3: You approve the quote and submit a purchase order.
Step 4: We produce and ship with full tracking documentation.
What payment methods do you accept?
+
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, and PayPal for smaller orders. For established accounts with regular orders, 30-day net terms are available upon review. Contact our trade team to discuss payment arrangements.
Fitment & Compatibility
How do I confirm a part fits my customer's vehicle?
+
Send us the chassis code (e.g. F30, W205, 4G) and production year. Our fitment team will cross-reference our database and confirm compatibility within a few hours. For borderline cases (mid-year facelifts, market-specific variants), we recommend ordering a sample unit first.
Are assemblies truly plug-and-play?
+
For most applications, yes — the connector pinout, bracket holes, and wiring harness match OEM spec exactly. Some vehicles with advanced BCM systems (BMW iDrive, Mercedes MBUX) may require a brief coding session to register the new unit. We provide coding instructions and our engineers are available to assist remotely.
Do your products cover pre-facelift and post-facelift models separately?
+
Yes. Our catalog distinguishes by production year and LCI/pre-LCI variants. For example, BMW F30 pre-LCI (2012–2015) and F30 LCI (2015–2018) are listed as separate SKUs with different part numbers. Always specify the exact build year when ordering.
Shipping & Logistics
What are your standard shipping lead times?
+
For in-stock catalog items: 3–5 business days production + shipping transit time (varies by destination). Express courier (DHL, FedEx) typically delivers to Europe in 5–8 days, Middle East 4–6 days, North America 6–10 days. Sea freight is available for bulk orders at significantly lower cost.
How are fragile assemblies packaged for international shipping?
+
Each assembly is individually foam-wrapped, placed in a rigid inner box, and packed into double-wall outer cartons. DRL modules and smaller parts are additionally bubble-wrapped. We have a documented 0.3% damage-in-transit rate across all courier shipments.
Do you handle customs documentation?
+
We provide a commercial invoice, packing list, and product declaration for every shipment. For EU imports, we can prepare CE documentation upon request. Customs duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility — we will advise on HS codes if needed.
Technical & Coding Support
Do your assemblies require coding after installation?
+
BMW F/G Series and some Mercedes models with adaptive light control (ALC, AHB) require a brief coding step via ISTA-D, ENET cable, or BIMMERCODE. We include a coding guide with every applicable unit and our engineers can walk you through the process via WhatsApp or TeamViewer.
What diagnostic tools do your assemblies support?
+
Our assemblies communicate via the vehicle's native CAN bus — the same as the OEM unit. They are fully compatible with all major diagnostic platforms including ISTA, ISTA-D, Autel, Launch, and iCarsoft. No proprietary interfaces required.
Warranty & Returns
What does the 12-month warranty cover?
+
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, LED module failure, connector failure, and housing deformation under normal operating conditions. It does not cover physical damage from installation errors, water ingress from improper sealing, or failure caused by incorrect coding. Warranty claims are handled directly by our after-sales team.
How do I raise a warranty claim?
+
Contact our after-sales team via email or WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the failure, and photo/video evidence. We aim to process warranty evaluations within 5 business days. Valid claims are resolved via replacement part shipment at no charge to you.
Custom Orders
How long does a custom DRL project take?
+
Typical custom DRL project timeline: Quote (48h) → Sample production (2–3 weeks) → Client approval → Full production (2–4 weeks depending on volume). Complex tooled items may require additional lead time. All timelines are confirmed in writing before you commit to an order.
Are custom designs protected? Will you sell my design to others?
+
All custom projects are covered by a mutual NDA signed before any design work begins. We do not reuse, resell, or share any custom design, light signature, or branding element developed for your project. Your IP remains yours.
