Thank you for visiting and shopping at LookCarShow. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total actual weight or volumetric weight of items in your order.
- Calculated Shipping: Due to the size and weight of automotive lighting assemblies, most products require calculated shipping to ensure safe international delivery.
- Select Free Shipping Items: We may offer free standard shipping on select promotional items or smaller accessories. If an item qualifies for free shipping, it will be clearly noted.
- Standard International Delivery: Typically 8–15 business days after processing and dispatch.
- Wholesale / Bulk Orders: For large B2B orders exceeding standard courier limits, rates may show as “TBD.” Our team will contact you directly with a custom freight quote (air freight or LCL sea freight) after the order is placed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation via WhatsApp or email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers are active within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
LookCarShow is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).
- United States: Orders under $800 generally do not incur import duties.
- European Union & UK: Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT and customs clearance fees upon delivery, as these are NOT collected at checkout.
- Southeast Asia: Customs regulations and import duties vary by country. For high-value automotive parts, you may be subject to import taxes and local VAT upon arrival.
- Brazil & Latin America: Customs regulations are strict. You are fully responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or clearance fees. Please verify your local regulations before ordering.
- Failure to Pay: If a package is returned or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties, LookCarShow will not issue a refund for the order or shipping costs.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at business@lookcarshow.com or via WhatsApp with photo/video evidence so we can assist you with a replacement.
